I know I’ve been inconsistent with blogging but I’ve made it today to post something!!~~ I’m still working on my time management with uni etc (how many times have I said this…lol) but I’m thinking about making Mondays my blog days 🙂

Today I have another make up product to review and it’s the…….3CE Blush Cushion in

CORAL!!! I bought this as well as the Maison Kitsune X 3CE lip balm while I was in Seoul at the Myeongdong Stylenanda Hotel store.

So these blush cushions come in 6 colours, starting from left, top row:

Out of all the colours, the

CORAL shade fitted me the best for my complexion – tanned with yellowish tones and it looked more natural on me than the others. Shout out to the sale’s girl for helping me that night…haha

Tip: Recalling from a beauty video somewhere…. beauty experts found that orange/corals tones works well with tanned complexions best 🙂

This has a wet formula rather than a powdered one so I think it would work best for a more natural look that can be easily buildable for more stronger looks.

For me, I really liked the consistency as powder blushes tend to look rather patchy and powdery on my face and since I have a slightly drier skin type, the wet formula blends really well and gives my complexion a more natural and dewy look that I can use everyday. Since it contains Hyaluronic Acid, it also hydrates the skin, making it last longer throughout the day.

I usually apply it onto to apples of my cheeks first and then gradually move away from the face, moving upwards to give a more natural blushed look. It is quite pigmented when you first press the puff onto the cushion, so what they’ve suggested is to press the puff against the back of your hand to remove some access before applying it onto your face. This is so you don’t get a blotches of coral on your cheeks haha (…which I didn’t know about before I looked on their website last night doing research haha, but I’ll start doing from now!)

Overall I really enjoy using this product!!! It’s compact and has a tight seal to lock in the moisture so it 1) you can easily carry it with you to touch up 2) it doesn’t dry out and 3) it doesn’t leak out when you carry it outside (if you close the cap properly that is! haha). The formula is nice on the skin and can be easily buildable for days when you want a stronger look. It can be easily removed if you decide to not want blush and it doesn’t look cakey on the skin when you apply it.
