   - It is commissioned. - Manager was somewhat nice and accommodating. - I lost weight working there and felt fit. - The discount was nice!

   Cons

   - Co-workers were a whole bunch of middle-aged and older white women that have been working there for many years prior to. They all talk behind each other's backs. Only one or two were nice and patient with me. - Manager scheduled me on days that I did not approve. I closed by myself after the first week. And I have only worked 4-6 days with short hours then. - The co-workers think I try to steal their customers,

   Fun environment as long as the customers behave. Most of the customers are wonderful. Management does care about their employees as long as the employee is dependable with a can do attitude.

   No longer guarantees 40 hours unless you are in management.

   Commission with a based pay was great! you can work little hours and still make good money. I loved working with the coworkers.

   Cons

   It was very competitive and they really pushed you to try to open credit cards as well as sell shoes. sometimes its slow so commission on slow days means inconsistent pay
