Fujifilm X100T vs Fujifilm X100S Comparison Overview
In this review, we will be comparing X100T and X100S, two Large Sensor Compact cameras by Fujifilm. Fujifilm X100T vs Fujifilm X100S: Physical Specs and Body features Comparison
Size and weight is a big decision factor when you are trying to find the ideal camera for your needs. In this section, We are going to illustrate Fujifilm X100T and Fujifilm X100S side-by-side from the front, back and top in their relative dimensions. Fujifilm X100T has external dimensions of 127 x 74 x 52 mm (5 x 2.91 x 2.05″) and weighs 440 g (0.97 lb / 15.52 oz) (including batteries). Fujifilm X100S has external dimensions of 127 x 74 x 54 mm (5 x 2.91 x 2.13″) and weighs 445 g (0.98 lb / 15.70 oz) (including batteries).
Below you can see the front view size comparison of Fujifilm X100T and Fujifilm X100S. Fujifilm X100T has the same height and width with Fujifilm X100S. On the other hand, with a thickness of 52mm, it is 2mm thinner.
Here is the back view size comparison of Fujifilm X100T and Fujifilm X100S.
Now lets look at the top view comparison of Fujifilm X100T and Fujifilm X100S.

Weather Sealing
Unfortunately neither Fujifilm X100T nor Fujifilm X100S provides any type of weather sealing in their body, so you have to give extra care especially when you are shooting outdoors. If weather sealing is a must-have feature for you, check these sections:
Top Compact Cameras with Weather Sealing
Fujifilm X100T's 3.00" LCD screen is slightly larger than Fujifilm X100S's 2.8" screen.
Unfortunately, both cameras has fixed screens so they don't tilt or flip in directions.Fujifilm X100T vs Fujifilm X100S: Sensor Comparison
Both Fujifilm X100T and Fujifilm X100S have 16.0 MP resolution sensors but Fujifilm X100T's sensor is APS-C (23.6 x 15.8 mm ) and Fujifilm X100S's sensor is APS-C (23.6 x 15.8 mm ).
Since Fujifilm X100S's has a larger sensor area with the same resolution, this means that it also has a larger pixel area hence better light collecting capacity for a given aperture compared to Fujifilm X100T.One other difference between these two cameras that is worth mentioning is that Fujifilm X100S's sensor doesn't have an anti-alias (Low-Pass) filter. Removing anti-alias filter increases the sharpness and level of detail but at the same time, it increases the chance of moire occurring in certain scenes.
Below you can see the X100T and X100S sensor size comparison.
Fujifilm X100T and Fujifilm X100S have the same sensor sizes so they will provide same level of control over the depth of field when used with same focal length and aperture.
Fujifilm X100T vs Fujifilm X100S Lens Specs Comparison
Fujifilm X100T and Fujifilm X100S features 35 mm F2.0 Prime lenses so they have the same focal reach and light collecting ability.
