Jeju OK OK OK! Every thing went well from picking up the car to returning. We chose Jeju OK because it didn’t require credit card, which we don’t have. The car was clean and well maintained and ran smoothly.

Good service! Good car! I will suggest to my friends, and will order next travel again

We boarded a free shuttle to collect the rental car. The car was new & clean & the navigation system is easy to use for foreigners like us. Highly recommend.

Rented for 8 days. The car is good and clean. Service is good and efficient.

A very efficient car rental company. The staff are friendly and able to communicate well in English. The instructions to pick up the car is very clear. The terms and conditions of the rental are also very well-explained. The car is very clean and well-maintained. The GPS has English language option that can be easily set. The place opens punctually at 7am (in fact, the staff arrived at around 6:45am on the day of my return). I was able to return my car very quicky and was on my way to the airport by 7am (with many other people) in good time for my morning flight check-in requirement. In conclusion, this is a trustworthy company operated by a friendly, professional and efficient crew, which I would highly recommend. (the picture shows an early morning view of the driveway to enter the parking area to return the car)

Pick up and drop off was ultra easy, fast & smooth. Car was spanking new, service was good, taking into consideration the language barrier. Only gripe is with the English language GPS system which often couldn’t locate the places of interest. This meant that we had to use our phones and navigate.

Booking with Jeju OK Rent-a-car through Trazy is simple and a great deal. The instructions were clear and the staff were able to communicate in English. We did not experience any issues during the rental process and travelling to the location was rather seamless. Love that there was no deposit or any hidden terms and conditions. Would definitely book again if we visit Jeju. Special mention to Trazy customer service who was responsive and helpful!

Very responsive to email enquiries. Clear and precise instructions on where to pick up the vehicle. Staff are polite and able to converse in simple English. No hassle in collecting and returning the vehicle. Car is clean and new. GPS was set to English language without us having to request for it. Overall, very good experience. We did not expect to be reimbursed the cash for the additional LPG pumped in.

The booking was easy except the part where you have to count how many days etc. For that, you can also contact Trazy’s representative via email if you’re not confident with the booking. They were very helpful to assist. The pick up of car was easy and returning was easy too! The car condition was very clean. Able to fit my entire family of 6 and 6 medium luggages.

The whole renting process was smooth. Funnily petrol was not full but quarter tank :( we had to find petrol station to get it filled.

The best ever experience I have ever had, I already started recommending Trazy to my friend for care rental when they travel to Jeju. The best part is they don't even need a credit card or a deposit. This make my experience way awesome. Kudos and I'll continue support Trazy.

Every step was smooth and nice. Email direction was very detailed, I was able to easily find the shuttle pick-up location. I would rental car through them again.

Nice ride. The car was clean and pleasant to drive. The GPS was also updated.

OK car rental company is great and the car issued is well-maintained and clean. There are staff who can speak in English.

The rental process was fast, smooth and easy. The person explained the procedures in detail and set up the English GPS for us. Return was easy too, with the shuttle bus sending us back to airport. My 5d road trip was a great success!

Encountered rude staff upon car return. Why would staff expect a foreigner to understand what is said in korean and get flustered when he is not being understood?? Received car with little gasoline and returned car with much more. Didnt get a refund as others reviewed they did. Dishonest/ double standards.

Hassle free rental! The pick up and drop off to and fro from airport is easy and fast! The staff at the counter is friendly. Had a flat tyre during the trip in Jeju city. Repairman came within 15 min and got it fixed within 10min! Very impressive! I would highly recommend Trazy Rental

The sonata offered was LPG and dats occupy substantial booth space which forces our to pay more for upgrade to SUV.

The car rental was easy enough. The instructions for the shuttle bus were good and we had no problem finding it. There were a lot of people waiting for the car, but they worked fast so we did not have to wait too long. The worker at the counter spoke good English, so we did not have too much trouble communicating. Having the car was super convenient. We were able to see way more things, than if we were going around by bus. I definitely recommend that you look up their traffic laws and signalisation, because there are some differences from the ones in Europe.

Although we were given K3 as booked, but the model provided wasn’t the latest model. After we took our car, we noticed the next person collecting the car after us was given a newer K3. When i went to request for a change to a newer model, they said they dont have it anymore. My comment is that they should give all new models first and keeping the old models to the very last resort. If they provide the old model, at least ask if we mind or if we prefer to wait for the newer model (if they are still preparing the vehicle).

The shuttle bus to Ok Rent-A-Car is easy to locate. The bus driver helped everyone to load & unload their luggages on & off the bus. Process at OK rent-a-car was fast and smooth. The GPS was in english & easy to use. The return process took just 1 min. Thumbs up to Ok Rent-A-Car.

Collecting the car was hectic because of busy period but still very smooth and fast. Guidance to the shutter bus can be improved. Returning car is also very fast. Staff is not very fluent in English as is usual the case in Korea. need to figure out how to use the GPS. The car is good value for money and clean but because it's LPG powered, the boot space a bit compromised.

The service itself is great. They have a pick up van that you get in the airport and takes you to the particular rental service (for me it was OK rental). Then I took a token and waited my turn. I even had an upgrade to my car. The car was normal. They do an inspection before leaving, and they record any scratches or dents that may be there from before. In any case, I took a couple of pictures myself to keep for safekeeping in case any problems may happen later (which didn't). The gas was around mid point, and when I returned it, it was more than it was in the beginning. They refunded some amount to me - I don't know...perhaps for extra gas. The only issue I had, which is why I am speculating is because - they didn't speak English. In fact, I had a Korean speaker with me, who also had to give his contact number even though I was the only driver for my car. Maybe if he wasn't along with me, my contact would have sufficed. All in all though, the experience was pretty smooth.

It was easy and convenient to rent a car using Trazy app.. no deposit was need and all was fuss free.. in-car GPS is quite accurate and easy to use too

Was skeptical of trazy app since it was new to me but after trying it for the car rental in Jeju island, South Korea, it proves to be a very seamless and quick solution to travelling woes.

It was nice to have a car to drive around jeju for convenience. Car was in perfect condition and everything was very new. The navigator was also great after staff switched it to English directions without a fuss. Staff was very helpful. Only thing is how strict they are about returning the car on time but it was great overall

Seamless service. All we had to do was visit the rental car station as stated from the email. The car condition was superb. It’s better that you rent a car in Jeju if you want to move around freely. The island is huge!

Fantastic service and great English, great communication and quick responses from the Trazy staff prior to our arrival. Upon arrival the car rental company's staff did not really speak English though so we were sweating a bit (and losing half an hour) trying to understand why the super coverage is MUCH cheaper than normal coverage which was funny but finally we gave in and got super coverage (still hoping we wont get some unexpected charges..) at a cheaper price Haha. It was quite a cultural experience. The car itself was in a fantastic condition and very easy to drive and it is really the best idea to rent a car to explore the island especially if you only have 3 days like us. And we would definitely use Trazy again!

Renting a car was a last minute decision on our part and thankfully Trazy was able to answer all my questions regarding my license and my lack of a credit card. (they answer only on weekdays tho) Although you're supposed to book one week ahead, they were able to help me book a car 5 days before. For four people with 3 large luggages and 2 small luggages, a compact car was just enough (they provided us with a hyundai avante). The car itself was so smooth and easy to drive. The people in the counter were friendly and helpful (even retrieving my bag which I left in the shuttle bus). Even though they said I didn't need a credit card to book the car, I felt judged by the counter girl that I didn't buy any insurance (which you can only buy through a credit card). So in the end, I bought insurance, but since I didn't have any credit card, they allowed us to use my friend's credit card. (In the sites, they tell you that the credit card is supposed to be owned by the driver but in this case I think they care more that the car has insurance). We bought the cheaper one and I was VERY careful the entire 3 days not to scratch the car. (spoiler alert: I didn't :))) The only downside of the experience is during the pre-checking of the car. After retrieving your car, you're supposed to go to a nearby office to have your car checked on its current condition before you use it. After a 30 second survey, the guy just gave us an "its okay" and a "contract" telling us how to return the car. I called him again asking him nicely to help us with the korean GPS. He looked at it for one second and went, "no english. *points at gate* exit there *leaves us*"... He didn't even attempt to help us. It's a good thing I already researched online on how to use the Korean GPS but I forgot the specific buttons to press. So I called him again telling him that I KNOW that I can just use the phone numbers to locate our destinations, we just needed help with the specific buttons. And that's when he pushed the buttons consecutively, *points at gate* "exit there". I feel like he just wanted us to leave ASAP. Also it's a good thing I know how to read korean (as a kdrama fan), so eventually I was able to change the dashboard media board to english and we were able to enjoy music in the car. After three days, we were able to consume 45,000 worth of gas. Returning the car was easy, although it was super traffic in Jeju City that night, it's a good thing we planned to return it in advance, we arrived just 30 minutes before our "deadline". Renting a car was definitely worth it. I do think it's cheaper to rent a car through AJ-rent-a car's website (after the free sign up).

Booking on trazy was a breeze! Their help centre responded very promptly when I enquired about the IDP issues. Do note that an IDP is required even if your country's driving licence is "international". You may opt for a FULL coverage insurance at about 49K (please dont try to save on this if you're not an experienced driver). Got a KIA RAY and it's a really cute car, plenty of space at the back seat. Collection was prompt, there is also shuttle bus to fetch you to and fro the airport!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... TRAZY WAS SO HELPFUL IN MY LAST MINUTE RESERVATION....COMMENDABLE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!!!

We were in Jeju when it snowed every day and the roads were not plowed. Many of the attractions were closed but luckily the Kia Morning we had rented did not have any trouble driving in the snow storms and bad roads. They provided us with the tire chains but we never used. Moreover, the GPS system is amazing. You search destinations by their phone number and it was 100% accurate! The only suggestion I would ask AJ rental is to make the car return a little easier and more clear for foreigners. It was confusing and the shuttle bus took 20 mins to pick us up at the lot. Otherwise, renting a car to travel around Jeju was the best decision we made throughout or trip in Korea!

*As LPG tanks take up space in the trunk, LPG vehicles have limited cargo space. If you are traveling with four or more people and need sufficient luggage space, we suggest choosing a gasoline model instead.
