Để chuyển định dạng powerpoint 2007 thành 2003,ta làm như sau: Mở chương trình PowerPoint 2007 rồi click chuột lên icon của Office 2007 ở góc trên bên trái.

Trong thanh menu, click chuột lên Word Options.Sau đó, click chuột lên mục Save ở bảng bên trái.

Trong dòng Save files in this format, nhấn phím xổ xuống rồi chọn định dạng lưu mặc định mới là Powerpoint 97 - 2003 Document.

This will open Send To Microsoft Word window with different options like Note next to slides, Blank lines next to slides, Notes below slides, Blank lines below slides and Outline only. Except for outline only format, it will reproduce the slide within the Word.

• Click on the Office button > Publish > Create Handouts in Microsoft Word

• Open your PowerPoint presentation.
• Choose File > Send to > Microsoft Office Word
