Do you use standard Windows 10, or maybe you take part in Windows Insider Program that grants you latest Pre-Release system updates and builds? It seems that the latest Pre-Release build of Windows 10 is not being recognized properly by Steam DRM system what results in Error Message you see when trying to run the game. You should report that issue to Microsoft as they may not be aware of that issue. You may also want to inform Valve - maybe they should take a look and contact Microsoft on their side. It would be a great problem if this issue would appear in the final version of upcoming Redstone 3 update - thousands of Steam games would be affected. I'll do that however all my other games are working. So hard for me to accept that this is a steam issue. I've been using windows 10 insider builds for over a year and this is the first time I've seen this. Right after wrapping Executable with Steam DRM issue appeared again. As you probably noticed, the error message's origin is Steam not Unity3D. http://steamcommunity.com/app/464150/discussions/1/1291816569122979874/ Regarding W10 latest Insider builds - there were quite many reports with version from early May that even Microsoft's Outlook was not running until release of version you are running currently on your computer. That means Microsoft implements some changes that influence even their own software. I can't install any Steam games on my MacBook Pro. I have a lot of games that are supposedly available for Mac OS X (Bastion, Awesomenauts, Limbo, FEZ, the list goes on), but when I try to install one of them I get an error message saying "[this game] is not available on your current platform". What is the issue? I have rebooted, deleted every Steam-associated file I could find on my computer, reinstalled Steam, but still it doesn't work. |
