When I couldn't find Yin Chao for my colds I will always buy Cold Snap. Similar formula same results.

This is such an excellent and amazing supplement! It truly does boost your immunity. Last winter season from October to April I had 6 to 7 bad sinus colds. Usually I have only 1 or 2 colds in a whole year’s time. I think my immunity had lowered from lack of sleep due to the change of life. This winter season after being on Cold Snap since last spring, I’ve only had 2 very minor colds. And I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it has also helped a skin condition I’ve had for a while on my hands and forearms where I had small red itchy bumps. A couple of times I stopped taking cold snap for a little while and the rash returned. After getting back on cold snap, it goes away! Cold Snap is also being sold in my local Kroger stores. I would like to mention that when I saw it had some soy in it, it made me leery about it. I saw in Amazons listing of ingredients it says fermented soy, but on the bottle it says prepared soy. I called the company and was told the FDA will not allow them to put the word fermented on the bottle, but it is actually fermented soy. That made me very happy, being that I’ve read fermented soy is the only soy you should consume. Thank you OHCO for such an awesome supplement!

Ok well the company OXCO emailed and asked me to leave a review, even though I told them I haven't had anything change, so I was putting off the review. But... here goes anyway.

I don't know if OxKom's OHCO Cold Snap capsules have helped me in any way. My immune system is not up to par, and that hasn't changed much. I have a sinus staph infection, and I feel like I have a alight cold at least a few days a week, along with terrible chronic pain.

I've taken these Cold Snap pills every day since I received them, usually about 1-3 doses (2 pills/dose) per day. I don't notice anything different or better from these specifically. Which is why I wanted to wait to try to more fairly review this item. It doesn't seem like the type of thing that just suddenly makes your body feel all good again after a day. But maybe for some it is And maybe some of that is Placebo, which isn't always such a bad thing, if it helps you.

But true to their word, I haven't had any negative side effects from this, Kiva's manuka honey, and Genexa's Arnica Montana. Both of those seem to be helping me slightly, in terms of helping my pain severity, and lessening my sinus staph infection. It's certainly done more than those terrible antibiotics I'm always given that do nothing. Which kill the good bacteria in my gut, and my gut is where my immune system essentially lives. These doctors seriously suck and are very limited in their ideas. Not a single doctor even tells me to try to eat well, or sleep better, or suggests any helpful supplements. I hate modern western medicine. Much of it just makes us sick and keeps us sick. It's way behind. Covering symptoms with toxic chemicals doesn't actually help our problem does it? Yet that's what they do, and that lack of motivation to look deeper into health issues almost killed me in 2015. But I'm alive, and I totally lost everything that meant anything to me. I've been in bed ever since. Missing the best years of my life. But I'm working hard to be my own doctor. I only began improving slowly once I stopped going to like 8 doctors monthly. So here I am, trying things like Cold Snap to see what they are capable of.

This product seems to have a lot of good, natural ingredients and extracts in it, and I respect that. I just have yet to see any improvement from it. And if I do, I can change my rating.

I'm unable to take remedies that contain zinc because they make me sick. Cold Snap is a natural blend of herbs and flowers. I usually take 2 capsules each day. This stuff is pretty amazing. I have been taking it for 2-1/2 years and never had a cold or flu until a few weeks ago. (I used to get colds and/or flu at least twice a year.) When I finally did get sick, I increased the dosage of Cold Snap, taking 2 capsules 4-6 times per day. My cold/flu was very mild and lasted 1-1/2 days. It consisted of a slight case of nasal congestion and a little bit of tiredness. Meanwhile, everyone around me got sick with a terrible flu (tiredness, weakness, nasal congestion, coughing, body aches and fever) that lasted 2 weeks or more. This has happened more than once since I started taking Cold Snap. Nearly everyone around me contracted the flu, but I was fine.

Works as advertised! I've gotten at least one severe cold every winter for the last three years. It usually starts out with a sore throat and progresses into a full blown cold with severs sinus problems (last year with a sinus infection). In March of this year I got a severe sore throat that felt like it would again develop into a bad cold. I thought it might be too late, but I started taking Cold Snap anyway. Within a few days the sore throat subsided and I never developed a cold or sinus problems. To be fair, I also took over the counter sinus and sore throat medications. However, in past years I took the same over the counter medications without Cold Snap and still developed a cold and sinus problems!

I think this stuff is great, I get a lot of colds, sometimes one after another one. I have gone through one bottle so far, just ordered my 2nd. I started feeling offish this weekend, started popping some pills, ordered my 2nd bottle right then. I only take when I think I'm getting a cold, I either feel less of a cold with it, or it has gone away & I'm left thinking was I really getting a cold. Usually I'l feel offish (tired, little out of it), for a week then feel better, which is better then a normal cold. I haven't noticed any side effects & I'm pretty sensitive to drugs.
