Cuộc Hôn Nhân Đẫm Máu sẽ gieo giắc những nỗi sợ hãi ám ảnh cho khán giả khi các bí mật rình rập được bóc tách về một cuộc hôn nhân sắp đặt với mục đích độc ác đến tàn nhẫn.

Bộ phim bắt đầu từ Karl, một tỷ phú ẩn dật lên mạng để tìm môt cô dâu xinh đẹp. Ngay từ những hình ảnh đầu tiên của Karl, ánh mắt đầy mưu mô, sắc lạnh của gã đã khiến cho người xem có một linh cảm không lành về một âm mưu đen tối của gã. Người được gã nhắm đến là Nina, một người mẹ đơn thân xinh đẹp với một đứa con gái ở một vùng quê ảm đạm ở Nga. Hy vọng có một cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn cho cô và con gái, cô gặp gỡ online và đồng ý nhận lời mời của gã tỷ phú ẩn dật người Mỹ. Nina và con gái khăn gói chuyển đến Mỹ, tràn đầy hy vọng vào một cuộc sống tươi đẹp hơn. Tuy nhiên, ngay khi đặt chân đến cơ dinh biệt thự của gã tỷ phú, hai mẹ con bị choáng ngợp bởi sự hào nhoáng, xa hoa nhưng lạnh lẽo và u ám đầy những bí mật của giới nhà giàu nơi đây. Dù vậy, Karl với những lời lẽ đường mật đã thuyết phục được Nina đồng ý làm đám cưới với gã.

Ngay sau đám cưới của Nina và tỷ phủ Karl, mọi thứ đều thay đổi. Gã tỷ phú chồng cô bắt đầu bộc lộ bản chất là một kẻ tâm thần bệnh hoạn. Một cơn sóng ngầm đen tối bắt đầu nổi lên khiến cuộc sống của hai mẹ con rơi vào vòng xoáy địa ngục. Hai mẹ con phải chiến đấu với những âm mưu độc ác để giành giật sự sống.

Bộ phim Cuộc Hôn Nhân Đẫm Máu đem đến một câu chuyện hấp dẫn, mang tính thời sự đầy ám ảnh về những cạm bẫy rình rập từ những cuộc hôn nhân qua mai mối trên mạng. Ngoài ra, sức hút của bộ phim xuất phát từ dàn diễn viên đẩy thực lực với ngoại hình sáng. Nữ diễn viên nóng bỏng Oksana Orlan vào vai Nina một người mẹ đơn thân xinh đẹp có một profile khá ấn tượng. Oksana Orlan từng đoạt giải Nữ diễn viên chính xuất sắc nhất với bộ phim Lana's Rain (2002) tại lễ trao giải Milan Film Festival.

Vai Karl gã tỷ phú tâm thần người Mỹ do già gân Corbin Bernsen thủ vai. Nam diễn viên từng được đề cử giải thưởng Emmy và Quả Cầu Vàng cho vai diễn toả sáng trong series truyền hình L.A. Law của đài NBC. Corbin Bernsen rất phù hợp khi vào vai gã tỷ phú nham hiểm, nhờ ánh mắt xanh dương đầy ám ảnh.

Đặc biệt nhất là vai cô con gái Dasha được thể hiện bởi thiên thần đẹp nhất thế giới do tạp chí Women Daily đánh giá - Kristina Pimenova. Cô công chúa Kristina, con của cựu tiền đạo Ruslan Pimenov, là một siêu mẫu nhí với hơn 6 triệu lượt follow trên Instagram và Facebook. Dù tuổi nhỏ nhưng em đã sở hữu thành tích ấn tượng khi làm việc với các thương hiệu thời trang xa xỉ như Armani, Benetton và rất nhiều hãng khác. Với đôi mắt to tròn, xanh trong veo như mặt hồ Baikal và mái tóc mây của một nàng công chúa bước ra từ những câu chuyện cổ tích, Kristina sẽ dễ dàng chiếm được cảm tình và sự đồng cảm của khán giả khi vào vai cô con gái ngây thơ, nạn nhân của cuộc hôn nhân sắp đặt của mẹ cô và gã tỷ phú.

A Russian woman travels to America with her daughter to marry a reclusive billionaire offering them a better life, but soon begins to suspect her new husband might have a far more sinister plan for their arrangement.

  Atmospheric setting for this genre flick that had me fooled into thinking it was more of a Lifetime thriller before evolving into a full-blown graphic gorefest. Genre fans should probably take note. This director has only made three features in twenty years, but based on what I've read he has a small following and a consistent theme. Corbin Bernsen is so great when he goes full deranged and he's clearly having lots of fun with this material. 6.6/10

  It was entertaining! Seemed a little like a TV movie the way that the story was payed out but has some good violence and gore! It was decent!

  "RUN." There is a scene in this movie where Hagen and Dasha are watching Frankenstein (1931) and the little girl gets tossed in the water by Frankenstein. Now, I've never seen the movie before and maybe someday I'll check it out, but I'm wondering... was that shit controversial during that time period or did people think nothing of it? I'm only asking because it looks fucked up; but then again, he is a monster that doesn't know any better, so I can particularly understand it. But besides that, The Russian Bride is a decent revenge flick. I mainly watched this because of Corbin Bernsen. I liked him a lot in The Dentist movies and wouldn't mind seeing him in a third installment. (Wishful thinking.)

  I want to believe that Karl is a good man... -Nina Corbin Bernsen read this script and thought "THIS! This is the movie where I'll show my naked 64 year old ass in." That's worth at least 2 stars on it's own right? The movie misses the mark slightly but staggers across the finish line of what it was trying to accomplish. I liked the story, the performances were ok, but it's poorly paced and struggles with it's low budget. I liked the reveal in the third act when you finally find out what is really going on and the fact that they go for broke with the climax. It's just a little late by then. Not quite as good…

  Michael S. Ojeda’s Avenged was an awesome surprise so I had to check out his latest film. For a long while, The Russian Bride teeters between messy Hammer-tinged melodrama and schlocky promises of something more. A meandering pace and average characters (although Corbin Bernsen does his best sinister hammy performance) fill the gaps between hints of off-kilter weird. Ojeda certainly does not hide this influences and intent; at one point, 1959’s House on Haunted Hill plays on a television to really hammer home the neo-Gothic-ness. An isolated manor with eerie servants and forbidden wings, an outsider arrival with suspicions, an old wife’s wedding dress still coveted, flickering lights, a ghost (maybe, possibly?): all the classic hallmarks in clunky low-budget fashion.…

  The only reason I pushed play was because of the director. Michael J. Ojeda has made two cool female revenge movies. One is Lana's Rain, the other is Avenged. Here, I was thinking, this is not his best, kind of slow but this movie has a big "wait for it...wait for it" moment like you wouldn't fuckin believe, ok? Trust me, this film goes fuckin nuts towards the end, goes insane, I'm telling you! Director Ojeda didn't disappoint me cause he makes another great female driven revenge flick. Corbin Bersen does his psycho thing and he's a lot of fun. I give 4 stars! Fuck it.

  I definitely understand why this took so long to release now, I kept hearing about this movie over and over again until it got a release date I think last week. It doesn’t matter because it’s bad, not the worst I’ve seen but it’s incredibly predictable and bland. The acting is very below average and it feels like a darker Lifetime movie...no thank you. 4/10 D+

  The title/plot/Corbin Bernsen had me jazzed and this definitely lived up to expectations of deeply uncomfortable garbage. Bernsen is back doing what he does best, channeling his inner Dentist and playing a coked up maniac doctor who frequently rage-weeps. We’re also treated to the sight of him naked except for a pair of tiny ankle socks. Gets mega exploitative which is good because I’ve seen the Lifetime version of this movie approximately 400 times, only they never provided Bernsen’s butthole. Not fun trash but clammy trash so watch out!

  Starts out as your typical Lifetime-esque generic thriller that's usually like catnip for middle aged soccer moms, though bolstered by Corbin Bernsen who I always get a kick out of seeing in anything. But after a bit, this weird, off-kilter tone starts to seep in, endearing itself to those like me who get off on nutso half-competent b-schlock. And that tone ratchets up to a near-glorious finale where cocaine acts like Popeye's spinach for crazy white bitches and what follows a violent rampage that feels fucking satisfying to see. Enjoyably trashy schlock with such good performances that it almost feels legitimately good.

  Zeus? More like goodest good boy. Honestly pretty cool to see the dog higher than some people in the credits, should've been higher up though. Never have I been more terrified for a character than Dasha, Nina had a good moment of that with the shotgun (no more will be spoken about that) but so many scenes with Dasha made me 'Leo point' at the screen at audibly say no over and over, I'm also remembering everyone else is still asleep.. oops.. Nina wasn't originally going to get the tag, then I thought it I was wrong, the last twenty minutes then proved that she needs it.

  Corbin Bernsen is crazed i didn’t even realise it was him until half way through. This character is one complete arse wipe but he pulls it off brilliantly. A really good revenge film mostly because this poor Russian Bride and daughter are treated so badly.
  

Michael S. Odeja once again excels in the genre after SAVAGED (aka AVENGED) as he combines Hammer Horror and grungy exploitation tropes to thrilling effect. Corbin Bernsen is a gleefully evil hoot while Oksana Orlan brings remarkable dignity to the film. Really enjoyed this one.
