Dolphin beach resort st pete reviews năm 2024

Front desk could have been friendlier. And the price for parking was pretty high. Even for a week day shouldn't be same cost as the busy weekend

Pros:The room was huge! It was wonderful to have that huge of a room. Very clean.

Cons:Nothing

Cons:Hotel had musty smell that cause stuffy nose and was dirty all over

Pros:Outdoor tiki bar—staff friendly, drinks decent, food good. Nice breeze from the beach. Room was clean

Cons:Room looked out over the parking lot, a/c in lobby and restaurant quit working as we were ready to be seated for dinner, appetizer (cheese nachos) terribly dry and tasteless—waitress didn’t know what to say or do. Staff not personable at all. Water pressure in room 267 very low. Pool was over crowded. No bar tender present in the inside bar Saturday night—we all had to wait a good 15 min, and then served our drinks in plastic cups!

Pros:Helpful/ friendly staff nice beachfront rooms

Cons:Uncontrolled screaming kids in the pool

Pros:The pool is clean and heated. The grounds and the beach are beautiful. Bathroom was clean with updated tile and counters.

Cons:Orange room color not relaxing. Hallway carpet needs update.

Pros:The location is good... it’s right on the beach, and walking distance to some nice local bars and restaurants

Cons:The hotel is older and it shows. I had booked my room online, and didn’t select any specific room type. The room I got was interior, but when I walked in it was horribly muggy in the room and smelled musty/moldy. The windows don’t open, so there’s no airing it out. I went back to the front desk and told the guy working there... he didn’t so much as apologize, much less offer a solution, so I suggested that he move me to another room. No more interior rooms available, but for $80 he could move me to a beachfront room. That would push the cost of the room well over $200, which is insanity for a hotel like this (especially in the off season), so I said no. “Well we don’t offer refunds” was the response, so my options were mold or pony up the cash. I bit the bullet and sprung for the beach room. It was a cool room, but for that kind of money I could have stayed in a MUCH nicer hotel. To add to the killer customer service, the following morning I called and asked for a late check-out. “No sir, we can’t offer a late checkout, you need to be out of the room by 11”. Thanks. Management needs to seriously evaluate how their staff handles guest service, and ownership needs to fix this place up if they’re going to charge resort prices.

Pros:I loved everything!!! You walk out of the hotel and you're on the beach! The beach bar (Flipper's) had some great drinks, and featured live music too! The kitchen also had an amazing menu (we ordered coconut shrimp, chicken quesadillas, and fish tacos-all delicious)!!! The rooms are spacious, with a small fridge, microwave, and cabinet storage. Some rooms have a balcony so you can step out and smell the gulf breeze! And the beds are super comfortable, for a good night's rest! And then there's the staff... Always willing to give suggestions, of things to do, provide maps or call car services to get you there... And generally showing that they are interested and cared! Want to save a little money, there's a full grocery store across the street, liquor store too (and another a half mile down the street)! We didn't even need a car rental, having taken a $30 Uber from the Tampa airport! Want to splurge a little? There's lots of great bars and drink specials up and down the beach... Everything a short beach (or sidewalk) walk away! Level 11 is a great stop to watch the sunset, with delicious appetizers, good service and a view that no one else on the beach offers! This stay was priced so economically, that we were hesitant upon arrival, but on departure, determined that we'd definitely be back! This is a highly recommend place to stay!!! You can enjoy a lot of the benefits of other hotels in the area bars, restaurants, music, etc., But staying here saves a good deal of money making it a most- economical choice!!!

Cons:The only downfall, and it's a very minor one, was the water pressure in the room could have been a bit stronger! That's it!

Pros:Friendly staff, clean, great view on the beach, amazing sunsets, good food and beach bar. Convenient to other beachfront restaurants/bars also. We always look forward to coming here!

Cons:The barstools at Flippers are pretty wobbly and uncomfortable and we'd be more prone to hang out longer if there were live music more often...but the view is unbeatable and Amanda makes great Miami Vices and Bloody Marys!

Pros:The staff were amazing. That's the only positive.

Cons:Overall, the amount of money I spent for a 2 night stay had me feeling ripped off. The place is tired & dated. Not worth it.
