The perfume composition of Playing with the Devil is oriental fruity, with an extraordinary and unusual accord of black currant, lychee and orange dominating throughout the composition. In this chord, everything that fruity notes can provide in perfumes, the tartness and earthiness of black currant, the exoticism and sweetness of lychee, and the bitterness and freshness of orange are united and emphasized most wonderfully. Playing with the Devil is not like most fruit perfumes that we can smell in standard perfumeries and whose tastelessness and poor execution are overwhelming nowadays. Playing with the Devil is like Chanel Cristalle and Guerlain Pamplelune, a fragrant display of fruit that is not an imitation of the existing, but as if it is the result of our fantasies about the Garden of Eden and fruits that can only be found there, never in the real world.
