Barbara Hoskins Sakamoto holds a US English teaching license, a Masters Degree in TESOL, and has taught Language Arts, ESL, and EFL. Barbara is co-author of one of the world’s best-selling textbook series for children learning English, Let's Go (Oxford University Press), co-author of the online course, English for Teachers (International Teacher Development Institute), and author of the chapter, The role of technology in early years language education, in Early Years Second Language Education (Routledge, 2015). She is an English Language Specialist with the United States State Department, and is Course Director for International Teacher Development Institute (iTDi.pro). Barbara has been invited to give keynote and plenary talks at a number of international conferences, and has conducted teacher training workshops in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. She has conducts courses and teacher training online. Her webinars are always popular with teachers around the world.

We have used LetsGo2 for all our holidays for many years. We are have always been looked after very well. When we were stuck in St Lucia at the start of COVID, our flight had been cancelled and all contact with the airline was impossible, LetsGo2 found us seats on the last but one BA flight home. The staff are all really friendly, helpful and professional. We have just booked our next trip with them.

Let yourself go with letsgo2

Have gone through letsgo2 for our last two holidays to Ras al Khaimah. On each occasion adviser has been helpful and patient when giving and obtaining necessary details. Both hotels lived up to their billing and made for fabulous holidays. Will definitely make letsgo2 our first port of call when considering our next holiday

Wonderful Customer service

Have booked a holiday to Dubai, due to my husband being ill I have had to made changes to our holiday. Today I spoke to Caroline who was absolutely brilliant, Caroline was so understanding and made everything so easy for me, I cannot thank her enough. She is an absolute diamond . Lisa has been amazing helping us with a holiday which had to be cancelled at last minute and rescheduled along with looking another new holiday for 2024. Wouks definitely recommend this company both in quality of service and price of holidays in comparison to competitors.

So far unbeaten on price

Ordered flight+hotel packages twice with them - always best pricing in the market, no one came even close to matching the offer. Seamless communication, low deposits; they also accept all credit cards (think Amex, think points) and do not charge commission for using these cards. What's not to like?

No concerns here

Just returned from an 11night holiday in St Lucia booked via Letsgo2. The company performed as I would have expected with no problems at all. We even received an ATOL certificate which guaranteed us a return flight if they were to go under during our holiday. Thankfully not needed but that was a first and reassuring. Can highly recommend them.

Used to be cheap - shop around

Used to be cheap - now gone expensive.

I used to use these as my preferred holiday supplier however they appear to now be extortionate in comparison to the new Dubai holiday sites. I even managed to save over £1.5k booking direct with BA on flight plus hotel compared to to this lot.

Lots of new websites out there offering some really good deals. Shame.

Highly Reccomend

I have used Letsgo2 to book my holidays for the last two years and deal with a guy called Sunil, who i can’t reccomend enough. He is informative, efficient and always gets me the best deal.

Letsgo2 have yet to be beaten on price and are always available by phone of email to help from booking stage until you arrive back from your trip.

Brilliant service and Customer support.

We had a death in the family and weren't able to make our holiday dates. Letsgo2 were great and their help and advise was brilliant. We got to go at a later date and had a excellent holiday.

Last 3 trips to the Emirates have been through LG2, their price and customer service is Impressive.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. Made hotel only booking for September paid £300.00 deposit for the hotel which has decided not to Open until October. Requested a refund from let’s go 2 over a month ago and still not received. Legally obligated to refund within 14 days and they are just not responding. We booked our flights direct with BRitish Airways they refunded the same day I made the request. Well done BA great service. We need to name and shame the travel agents because we will all remember in the future.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. Having used this company to book three trips to Dubai in the past costing thousands of pounds, I called up asking for some recommendations for a trip early next year. The person on the phone couldn't have been less interested in anything I said and cane across as morose and rude. She promised to send me some options s and I've still heard nothing. When I emailed in to explain how disappointed I was, someone emailed me back, again with zero empathy and acknowledgement. Clearly the travel industry, and especially this company, can afford to turn business down at the moment. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent holiday website

Excellent holiday website. Our trip was quick and easy to book. Staff are efficient and courteous. They booked airport transfers for us. A fabulous all inclusive trip to Mauritius at a great price. Would use letsgo2 again.

Tailor made holiday at Great prices.

Booked a holiday to Dubai and the Maldives through let's go 2 because we wanted to be able to tailor exactly what we wanted and on what dates. It was very easy to arrange with let's go 2 and they gave us lots of options to suit our requirements. We were so impressed we booked the next holiday with them to Mexico with our friends. Our friends were also very impressed with the overall service and the price. Lets go 2 came in cheaper than all of the main high Street travel agents, We would always pick them are our first option when booking any holidays in the future.
