So the J7 doesn't have Samsung Experience, it's on Android 6.0.1 at the moment with Android 13 being available via custom roms, talking from my experience. Show

Best phone i ever used, still usable in 2024. i used it from launch to now. just had to get rid of it. highly recommend it, if you use a custom rom that is. i recommed using havoc os for best performance and battery

Samsung galaxy J7 even after having 100% charge the phone suddenly turns off and shows 0% char... Software not updated because the device is no longer supported but you will still be safe using it since it is still covered by Google Play Protect for another 2 years but you wouldn't be able to use many of the apps

With a new battery it still works great today! But after every upgrade it runs slower. They do... Absolutely! I never allow any OS updates, only security updates manually once a month if any. Installing new android versions on your old phone means you shorten your phone's life 2 to 3 years. It's all made to make your phone unusable over time.
